An operator seat is a single user license. Each license allows one operator to log in to the help desk. An operator is any registered user with helpdesk, supervisor or admin privileges. You may assign the helpdesk or supervisor privileges to unlimited number of registered users using Account Manager (select 'accounts' from the menu). The licensing terms apply to concurrent sessions only: every time a number of operators logged into the system exceeds the operator seats count, the HelpDesk Connect automatically terminates one session (usually the oldest one). |
